Encaustic Show and Book Signingali-lian_antoszewska

Join us this Thursday, June 19 between 7 and 9 P.M. for a book signing and reception with Linda Womack, Portland artist and author of Embracing Encaustic: Learning to Paint with Beeswax.

Linda's new book was a hit at this year's National Encaustic Conference in Boston. The book is full of information about the techniques and materials of encaustic painting, with lots of pictures, including inspiring images of work by artists around the country. This book is a great resource for anyone who is learning or already painting with encaustics.ali-lian_antoszewska

Through June 30, we also have a show on display of work by five artists featured in the new book.
