Featured Workshop:
Soul and
Sumi
Does it ever
seem like what comes out on the page or canvas is not quite
what you are feeling or experiencing when you observe your
subject? Anyone interested in
painting or drawing can learn a lot from the expressive
techniques of Sumi painting. In this two-day workshop,
Seattle-area artist Yuming Zhu will teach you how to use the
fundamental brush strokes of Chinese calligraphy to bring out
your inner thoughts and emotions so you can paint not just what you see, but what you
feel!
Friday and
Saturday, March 28-29 10:00 A.M. -
4:00 P.M.
