New Materials for New Ideas
now available at Muse . . .
Square and Landscape Pads from Strathmore:
These drawing, sketching, bristol, watercolor, canvas-paper, and acrylic pads may inspire you to create miniature pen-and-ink drawings, elongated figure sketches, or sweeping landscape paintings. Among the many sizes are 6" squares in acrylic and bristol pads, 12" squares and 6"x18" rectangles in watercolor pads, and 12"x24" drawing pads.
Drawing and Writing Pens from Stabilo:
Stabilo's popular Point 88 fine-line pens now come in several new colors. We've also added the Pen 68 with a 1mm bullet-tip point in 27 colors, including neon colors. For writing and drawing on any surface, we have Write4All pens in four colors – permanent on glass, metal, plastic, and fabric!
Golden Digital Grounds:
These exciting new acrylic mediums enable you to print your artwork or any image on materials like foil, cloth, "skins" of dried paint, or anything you can put through your inkjet printer. More information in the Free Demonstration section below.
Pearlex Pigments:
In response to many requests, we now carry Pearlex powdered pigments in 40 metallic colors. Use them with paints, encaustics, clays, or collages whenever you need some extra sparkle and shimmer! The new 3gm size makes it convenient and affordable to try several colors!
Louvre Acrylic and Oil Paints:
Quality student-grade paints at a bargain price. Thirty-six colors of oils in large 150ml tubes for $8.95 each and 24 colors of acrylics in giant 750ml bottles at an introductory price of $17.95. If you're practicing new techniques, working with a classroom group, or just covering a lot of canvas, these are the way to go!
Enkaustikos Paints:
Superior encaustic paints made from the highest quality beeswax, dammar resin, and pigments. We now have 1oz discs in 22 colors and offer them at prices comparable to online and mail-order "40%-off pricing."
SavvySoap and SkinSafer:
Brush-and-hand cleaner and a concentrated barrier cream, made in the U.S. from natural, eco-friendly ingredients, and they work great! Keep your hands and your brushes clean and conditioned without harsh or toxic chemicals.
