Sizes up to 36” are stocked in depths (edge thickness) of 7/8” and 1.5”. Sizes 36” and larger are 1.5” deep, and may be ordered in 3” depth.
For artists who prefer to stretch their own canvases, we offer premium-grade stretcher bars in 1” and 2” profile in lengths up to seven feet, as well as heavy-weight cotton canvas by the yard. Full rolls (5 or more yards) of primed and unprimed cotton and linen are available in a variety of widths through special order.
We stock an extensive selection of primed and unprimed wooden panels for painting, encaustic, collage, and mixed media. Sizes range from 4”x4” to 24”x36” in thicknesses from 1/8” masonite to cradled (backed with framing) birch panels in 3/4” to 2” depths.
We also offer inexpensive primed canvas-covered panels as well as high-quality Raymar oil-primed linen-covered panels and acrylic-primed canvas covered panels ideal for plein air painting.
